•Abilities: Melody is the most athletic of the three, being able to jump the highest out of the water and get the most air. The Gemjacket Mermaids are also able to hypnotize others with their songs.

•Bad Habits: Being the leader of the three girls, she can be bossy, and she'll get fussy if her ideas are even second to anyone else's. Separated from Harmony and Treble, she gets more standoffish and less confident.

Out by Bird Rock Bay, Melody, along with Harmony and Treble, live in a cove near the shore. Sometimes at play, and sometimes causing trouble, Melody acts as the leader for the other two, coming up with games, songs, spells and pranks.
